There's not much to say about me here that I wouldn't rather tell you about in person. I enjoy playing video games, most recently world of warcraft. I can't cook AT ALL. I know how, in theory, but it never works. A black thumb, perhaps? Consequently, I don't get many home-cooked meals. When I Dance is when the bad boy comes out cuz i guess i'm kind of a freak ;). I love to Sing. I'm a big family guy so I want kids one day. I guess im kinda cliche but I want the marriage with 2.5 kids or more the two dogs and the white picket fence. I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to watching chick flicks wit my sisters. I love musicals cuz somehow I always end up relating to one of the characters which is why My Dream is to become an actor.

Im an active, fun-loving redhead (dye job...and lovin it!) that enjoys the outdoors and being home too. I live in San Diego, and have a 24 year old daughter that is home about 2-3 days a week. I'm eating somewhat healthy, to take off a few pounds, but am not obsessed with it. My hobbies and interests include dancing, live music, theater, movies, making beaded jewelry, people-watching, reading (trying to work more of that in), painting, walking, swap meets, comedy clubs, being close to the water, nature, gym, laughing, singing in the shower (yes, I really do!), and good conversation. I have a quick wit and find that an extremely sweet and sexy quality in a man. Not a drama queen...dont believe that leads to happiness. I love my job, but am not IN LOVE with my job.

Which only starts to describe my sense of humor. I find the odd side of things in the world and in people and bring out the humour where ever I can. Without laughter, the world is no fun at all. Plain and simple.

I love to cook (being a chef), enjoy entertaining my friends and family and generally looks for good times where ever I am.

I look out for intelligent, engaging conversations about anything and everything that people are passionate about. Political Satire is one of my favourite things. And truly, no subject is taboo to me. Sex, religion, politics, ethics, you name it, I'll talk it out with you. I feel that if you have something to say, go for it. It's not fair to be condemned for your thoughts just for having them. There is always more than one point of view and we could all stand to see them and hopefully learn from them.

And at the very least, get a good laugh out of it.

In short, I picked up my life, got a car and drove from NYC to San Diego the beginning of November. I'm settled in and ready to meet new people!

I enjoy but are not limited to; dancing singing theatre. I read a lot and I love tv. It's usually always on when I'm home, or have music playing. I adore animals. I've always wanted to go horseback riding but never have.

In short - I'm happy. 95% of the time. If something not so happy happens, I do whatever it takes to BE happy. I'm a glass half full type of person. I enjoy spending time with friends, walking my dog or a night in with a glass of wine and tv.

I wear my heart on my sleeve... If I like you or if I don't like you, you will know right away. I walk on a daily basis 4-6 miles on that given day. I'm not one for fashion, for the ultimate reason is that either my garb was given to me, I found it, or purchased at Wal-mart or a thrift shop. I read a book several times before I get bored with it. My favorite novels would have to be any Richard Matheson book, "Come out, Neville!" status, if you catch my dig... Music is my weapon of choice. The ammo in that "weapon" are the genres I prefer; powerviolence, east coast hardcore, 77-82 punk rock, oddities of the music industry, and noise in general. I like to think of myself as a creative kind of folk. Drawing, sculpting, writing, conducting synthesized music, and general arts n' crafts melts my brain butter!!! I am not a materialistic kind of fellow. What I own is the bare minimal, and I like it as so

I'm non-religious, I smoke, drink, and do not do drugs. I am sarcastic and slightly introverted around strangers. I like working with computers and art, so of course computer graphics is my favoritestest thing in the world! I procrastinate on everything, relationships, work, whatever. I need to stop though, its unhealthy. I play games to pass the time, either Guild Wars or Tekken 5 with my roommate.

Fun fact: Everything on this profile is a good 5 years old. A lot has changed, a lot has stayed the same. Changing this now would be a disservice to the old me...plus it'd deprive me of a few giggles someplace far off in the future. Message me if you want an update, might even get back to you.

I spend my waking moments figuring myself out and then forget it the next day. At the moment, i decided to delete this whole thing but didnt get very far so why not spout random things:

What do i want in life? I want to be happy, simple enough. Happiness for me involves people to share my experiences with. I am a people person lacking the people to be personable with. Skateboarding is my passion as well as my therapy. Apathy is a tool which keeps me smiling in a sometimes bleak country. Friends make life worth living. Differences spice things up. Conflict is ugly, relax and enjoy what the world has to offer. Learning is my repose, well, either learning or taking a nap. I love writing, poetry, and song but can't bring myself to create these myself without feeling pretentious. Music is awesome, sparks emotion, motivates, and all that wonderful fluffy junk, so really, I cant limit what i listen to. I dont know what my talents are except being frustrated when i cannot find ways to express myself. My views on relationships are a mess it seems. I now find myself leaning towards a "beauty in simplicity" mantra. I want smiles and hand holding without thought of what is next or what it means. Someone with style and interests of their own, but doesnt mind sharing them. A girl that is passionate about ANYTHING. Someone to throw a pillow at for no reason. Someone to hide with during scary movies. Is this why im on this site? Not really, just looking for a friend or two.

Life is a long adventure, short in retrospect and endless in possibilities. Im looking for a friend to enjoy it with. I like meeting new people and enjoy good conversation. If you are still reading this far (poor you) ive got one word for you.

I have a B.S. in Interactive media and helped make many popular websites. Currently right now I help with a Die Cutting business doing package design while doing web crap on the sides.

Im tall, 6'5" go to the gym daily. Im in no way a bodybuilder but im happy to say one of my biggest achievements was dropping 200 pounds. I gained that due to hypothyroidism. Damn helth problems.

I don't talk much in crowds of people but I love talking person to person. I'm more or less a open book. I hope to make some new friends on here and maybe met someone.
